This Privacy Policy describes how Miletra: Vehicle Logbook ("Miletra", "the App", "we", "our") handles information in connection with your use of the application. By using Miletra, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Miletra is a vehicle tracking and management application designed to work entirely offline. We do not operate any backend servers for the App, and consequently we do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal data with anyone. Every piece of information you enter remains on your device, under your control, at all times.
Personal Data: Miletra does not collect any personal data such as your name, email address, or contact information. The App has no account system and no sign-in requirement.
Usage Data: Miletra does not collect usage data, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any diagnostic data, as it has no connection to the internet and no analytics component.
Information You Provide Within the App: To deliver its core functionality, the App lets you record and organize the following information locally on your own device:
The information described above is used exclusively to power the App's own features on your device — for example, to display your fuel statistics or send you a local reminder. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond running the App itself, since this data never reaches us in the first place.
All data you enter is saved in a local database (SQLite) that lives exclusively on your device's storage. Photos you attach are likewise saved to local device storage. None of this information is uploaded to a server, synced to the cloud, or made accessible to us as the developer — we simply have no channel through which to receive it.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third party, business partner, affiliate, or advertiser, for any reason. This includes situations such as business transfers or legal requests: since we never possess your data, there is nothing for us to hand over even if such a request were made.
Miletra does not require an internet connection to operate, and the App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. As a direct result, no data is transmitted over the internet and no data is shared with third parties.
Because your data resides only on your device, you remain in full control of it. You may delete individual entries from within the App, clear the App's storage through your device settings, or uninstall the App entirely to remove all associated data. As we never hold a copy of your data, we are unable to recover it on your behalf once deleted.
Miletra does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children, as no data collection mechanism exists within the App.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. Any updates will be published on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date.
